    A two-port micro-optic device that guides light in one direction and eliminates back reflection in the reverse direction. 
     
     
     
  • Wavelength division multiplexing (WDM)
    A component that can be combined with a tap coupler and isolator in a hybrid device. 
     
     
     
  • Optical tap
    A component that can be combined with a WDM and isolator in a hybrid device.
